This was our 2 time staying here and all I can say, is we will never stay anywhere else. Last year we had the three bedroom unit, this year we had the upstairs unit. They are both very clean very accommodating. We couldn’t ask for better hosts. Not only did Larry take our groceries that got delivered from Walmart up to our unit, He actually put them away for us. He even gave us a ride on his golf cart down to the dolphin excursion at night so we didn’t have to walk. They are always checking on you to make sure you have everything you need. They are the sweetest couple you could meet. We will see you next summer. Thanks for treating us like family.

We spent three separate weeks in Clearwater Beach in 2021, two of which were at the Breezeway. Bibisch and Larry are absolutely wonderful hosts, and have made my wife and I, and our two year old daughter feel like extended family during our stays (and while booking the next one!). The facility is wonderful - all you will ever need to have a perfect “home base” one block from the beach, and a very short walk from the strip. The pool is fantastic; we spent hours on end swimming in the very clean and well-kept water. They have chairs, umbrellas, beach wagons, and other amenities available on site, and have always been extremely responsive when we have had questions. We will be going back soon, and after having stayed at other lodging options on Clearwater Beach, we will never stay anywhere other than the Breezeway. The value is absolutely unbeatable, and the accommodations are wonderful. A definite hidden gem, that I am so grateful we found!!

This was my second year staying at the Breezeway! Bibisch is so friendly and accommodating. She made our time the most perfect and smooth vacation possible. The Breezeway is at an ideal location and I did not have to drive anywhere. The room was cozy and just perfect for what I needed. The pool was heated and amazing for a time of relaxation after a day at the beach. I see the Breezeway as my yearly vacation spot! I could not recommend the Breezeway enough to everyone!

This is our fourth time staying at the Breezeway and it gets better every year. BIbisch and Larry are amazing hosts, very accommodating to our family needs. Rooms are always spotless, pool is always pristine. We’ve been sending extended family here for the last year and they all love it as much as we do. Makes leaving even harder and we can’t wait to get back down here. Our family will never stay anywhere else. The location of this place doesn’t get much better either.

Wonderful stay at The Breazeway. Very nice rooms and very clean. Walking distance to the beach and all the nightlife. Owners were great to work with and went out of their way to make sure our 3 y/o had her own bed to sleep in too. We stayed in unit 5 and it was the perfect size for the three of us and made our spring break very special. My daughter could ride her bike in and around the property no problem and the pool was great too. Already booked for next spring break.

It is hard to believe we have been home two weeks from our last stay at the Breezeway. We are already looking forward to the next trip. Bibisch and Larry are great hosts and very responsive. The location here is great, close to so many restaurants and the beach. It is hard to get out of the beautifully heated pool and go anywhere though! ( thanks Larry for the beautiful warm temps!) The property is beautifully maintained, cannot imagine staying anywhere else.

This is our second time staying at the breezeway. We love how attentive and helpful the owners are. The rooms are clean and have everything you would need for a perfect beach vacation. You can’t beat the location here. 3 minute walk to the beach and no more than 10 to the restaurants and bars. I would recommend the breezeway to anyone looking for the perfect Clearwater vacation!
